   Items must be new, unused, and unassembled, with the original packaging and all accessories.
   Returns and exchanges are not accepted for the following:
   Items that have been used or installed;

2. Return Procedure

   Please provide your order number, product photos, and the reason for your return or exchange.
   After customer service approves your request, we will provide you with a return address and shipping instructions.

3. Fee Information
   For returns or exchanges due to quality issues or incorrect shipment, we will cover all shipping costs.
   For returns/exchanges due to personal reasons (such as incorrect size, dislike of style, etc.), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
   Original shipping costs (if any) are not refundable.
