Some furniture may require compliance with local import standards or additional customs clearance procedures.

Customers must ensure that the shipping address they provide meets import and export requirements. Any delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate information provided by customers will be the responsibility of the customer.

    Standard domestic delivery: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
    International orders: Shipping time typically takes 14-21 business days, depending on customs clearance efficiency and local logistics conditions.
    We will email you the estimated delivery time and tracking information after order confirmation.
  2. Logistics Partners
    To ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order, we partner with several reputable logistics companies, including:
    FedEx / UPS – primarily for fast delivery of small and medium-sized furniture;
    DHL Express – for select international shipments;
    XPO Logistics / JB Hunt – specialized in large furniture transport and door-to-door delivery;
    Other regional partners address delivery needs in remote areas.
  3. Delivery and Signature
    Some large furniture may only be delivered to your doorstep or door. If installation is required, please select this additional service at checkout.
    Please be sure to inspect the packaging upon delivery. If any damage is found, please take a photo and contact Customer Service.
  4. Fees
    Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, volume, and delivery address of the item.
    International orders may incur customs duties, VAT, or other import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
  5. Shipping Delays and Force Majeure
